Brainspotting: A unique way to heal your brain

The 3 Day BSI Training focuses on Brainspotting related to assisting with accessing Spirituality & Intuition. This includes components to assist & support our clients (& ourselves!) to clear old patterns & paradigms of subcortical to access. The training focuses on concepts & set-ups that open up the synaptic connection re-wiring, that thicken the cortex into more resilience, & allow for more flow in our lives.

The 9 month consult group covers specific topics with Brainspotting, Spirituality, Intuition, & Energetic modalities such as HSP, Generational, Your Soul. Chakras & Energy to name a few. The consult group includes research & education on the topics, rich conversation of case conceptualization or clients, how to incorporate topics into sessions, demonstrations, & personal dyad work. 

The only difference between the trainings is in the live Reiki class, you have opportunity to practice techniques in dyad work. 

You can join us without Reiki training. If you don't have Reiki, you wouldn't do dyad work with others. There are options to take the self-paced Reiki class where we meet 1:1 for the attunement. No. Reiki 1 can be taken by any certified Reiki Teacher to attend the Reiki & Brainspotting Workshop.

All group sessions are recorded & share how to do Group Brainspotting within an experiential with a group. The videos are mainly Gazespotting, Inside Window & some multi-spotting. These set-ups are from Phases 1-4 & several specialty trainings.

These techniques can be done 1:1 with your individual clients & can also be utilized for self-spotting & are highly effective in these ways as well.

The Brainspotting & Spirituality Free Peer Support group is a great place to connect with Brainspotting practitioners, to gain info on Brainspotting & Spirituality & to do your own personal work in dyads. 

For Group Brainspotting recorded, Reiki & Brainspotting Workshop Live & Recorded, NO, you do not need to be a Brainspotting Clinician. 

For 9 month consultation Your Soul & Brainspotting, Individual consultations, & BSI Training, YES, you do need to be a Brainspotting Clinician
