• Up to 14 business days prior to the training: You will receive a full refund, minus a $75 administrative fee per ticket purchased.

• Less than 14 business days prior to the training: No refunds will be issued, however you will receive full credit toward a future course, valid for one year. The attendee is responsible for selecting the replacement training and coordinating with the trainer.

• No-shows: Participants who do not attend and do not provide notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.

• Program cancellations: In the rare event the seminar is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of registration fees. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other related expenses.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
