We'll guide you through the intersection of three deeply complementary healing modalities: Reiki, Brainspotting & Expressive Arts. Together, they create a container for healing that goes deeper than any one of them could on its own.

A brief live demonstration of Brainspotting so you can feel how it works before you facilitate it.

A guided group experience combining Reiki & Brainspotting with your own chosen form of creative expression through writing, drawing, movement, whatever calls to you.

A take-home handout with guidance, instruction & reference materials you can use immediately in your own practice.

And a room full of fellow healers doing the deep work alongside you.

Paper, crayons, markers & music provided.
